Hello Verna, I feel compelled to submit this note.

When I had first spoken to you about our reunion project, you suggested that I submit pertinent info, pictures and a concept. You provided a warning about the time it may take. Your response with suggestions was within a few hours, then to top that off, your artwork for a design arrived less than 18 hours later, after receiving the "green light" to proceed. Three weeks goes by and ... Bing, Bang, Boom! Canada Post informs me of a package waiting to be picked up.
