I wanted to follow up with a note of appreciation with respect to the shipment of Springhill Institution's 35th Anniversary Pins.

As I mentioned to you on the phone, I was extremely pleased when I opened the box to find the finished product.

I recognize that you extended your best service to us by meeting such a short timeframe and it is very much appreciated.

I am so pleased with the quality product. We will be distributing the pins sometime in September when we hold our anniversary celebration and I am confident they will be a hot commodity.

Thank you for responding so quickly to our request and please extend our appreciation to those responsible at the factory as well.

I imagine they worked very hard to meet the deadline. They should know that their efforts are much appreciated at the receiving end. A special thank you to you too, for all your hard work, patience and attention to detail.
